Techno-fest

Technofest was an event that involved the hard work of all the students as well as the people who support the event. Students prepared one month prior to the event date to make a gala event. The event was a grand success and the whole college is looking forward for the coming year to organize it in an even larger and better scale.

TECHNOFEST

It is rightly said No play, only work makes jack a dull fellow. The Annual Day program was held on 22nd February, 2010 in the college campus. The events were well-managed institutes authority with the help of staffs and students.
The students actively took part in dance, drama, and singing and exhibited their talents. Parents and the guests who had come to watch the program had good entertainment and appreciated it a lot. Mr. Arvind Kumar Singh (M.L.A, Ichagarh) was the chief guest. The guest of honor was Mr. H. Jha (Vice-President- Long Product, Tata steel). The very presence of Haji Abdul Hakim Sb, Chaiperson of Kabir welfare Trust gave an encouraging sign to the function. The speech of the chief guests motivated all the students and made them realize that indeed they are the future of India. Mr. H. Jha put forth the scenario of corporate world in front of the students, which enabled them all to understand the industry better. The event started with a welcome song and facilitation of the Guests. The principal of the institute Mr Jameel Quaiser presented the annual report for the year 2009 after which the achievers of Academics and other activities were awarded. The day then geared up with drama, songs, group dance and folk dance.

TECHZONE:

An annual project exhibition was organized with the guidance from the Faculty members of all the departments. Students from all the department came under a single roof to exhibit their project on a three-day event named TECHZONE an exhibition that exhibits Skill, Strength and Imagination. For all the three days different chief guests were invited to evaluate the projects of the Techzone Mr. Anurag Agnihotri (chief, operational assistance and system administration, Tata Steel), Mr. Onkar Singh (CRM, Executive, Bara, Tata Steel), and Mr. Dinesh Prasad ( Senior Manager, Central Project Engineering Division, Tata Steel). This event was highly acclaimed by all the guests and distinguished visitors. The main purpose for organizing such event in campus is to provide the students a platform to exhibit their creativity and knowledge in their respective fields. This was also a great educational tour for the students of first and second year. Students of other institutes and Colleges were invited for the exhibition. To add more color to this event, the cultural committee also put up food stalls. This event has given a great boost to the students for preparing good projects so that they can explore new technology as well as new ideas for the development of the society.
