HOUSEKEEPING
To bring in focus and to assist Mr. Jawaid of Housekeeping, the following team is being constituted to help him focus on housekeeping activities. The team will co-ordinate with Mr. Jawaid with regards to maintenance, repair and renovation work. The responsibility however remains with the
housekeeping team under Mr. Jawaid.
The team will also generate / help to generate,/ motivate staff and students on aesthetics and decoration aspects of their designated area. Priority needs to be given to ideas utilising concepts of scrap utilisation and waste management. For this, the team may look for guidance and ideas from
Mrs. Mona Quaisar and Mrs. Chandana Sharma.
This team is being extended to the earlier team formed during Swachhata Pakhwada 2021 and will be in force for a period of two years or till such a time that the management decides to introduce change. Mrs. P. Veenashala Rao will be the chief convener of the team and will overlook the
quarterly Swachhata Audit.
