Department of Automobile Engineering is a branch of vehicle engineering, incorporating elements of mechanical, electrical, electronics, software and safety. Automobile engineering is applied to the design, manufacture and operation of motorcycles, automobiles, buses and trucks and their respective engineering subsystems. Automobile department has an intake capacity of 30 students.VISION To become a center of excellence in the field of imparting education in Automobile Engineering and developing skill on par with the eminent institutions of the country and guide the students to become responsible citizens and competent professionals.MISSION

• To impart high quality education in Automobile Engineering and related skills for the uplift of students and thus the society at large.
• To become a regional focal point in human resource development and other training activities related with Automobile Engineering field by good institution-industry exposure and interaction.
• To aim and upgrade faculty for higher education with continuous improvement in the areas related to technical and scientific knowledge.
• To practice and promote high standard of professional ethics, transparency and accountability.

LAB DESCRIPTION The department is well equipped with state of the art laboratories and modern infrastructure facilities through garage practice, the students are taught about the various parameters to open and run the garage. They come across the maintenance of the various engines. Proper knowledge about the various parts of auto is taught. In addition to that, Automobile diploma students are prepared with hands-on experience and training on a variety of technical subjects and applications.
