Issuance of TC/CLC and Character certificate for passed out students
GUIDELINES
- This is mandatory that you are a registered student of JUT/SBTE, Ranchi and completed 3 years or 2 years (lateral entry students) Diploma Course from Al- Kabir Polytechnic, Jamshedpur.
- Candidate must apply through online, in special cases where the need is urgent the students may follow the application procedure with a request that the certificates will be collected personally by them.
- Provide correct details in the form as per your Certificates.
- Application should be complete in every respect. Failure to furnish correct details may cause delay in the issue of the certificate.
- Mobile Number and E-Mail Id are must for Registration. Aadhaar No must for authentication.
- Please keep ready the scanned copies of Aadhaar card, Postal address proof and all the required certificates before applying.
- Uploaded copies of Aadhaar card should be in the .jpg format only and files size should not exceeded 500kb.
- If any irrelevant file(s) is uploading in the application, the application will not be considered for processing.
- Processing Fee: RS 250 (via UPI/Net banking / QR Code)
